After the big reveal, Jordan was moved over to RAW to pursue his career alongside his father on Monday nights. However, the WWE Universe didn’t respond it well to this new character of Everhart.
WWE sent out the following on the accomplishment:
Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan came to Raw to aim at Samoa Joe. But as far as Kurt Angle was concerned, given that Cesaro and Sheamus kept interfering for The Samoan Submission Machine, Angle and his son would team up to face them instead. To make it more interesting, The Olympic Hero took the risk of putting the Raw Tag Team Titles on the line. And the gamble paid off as the two superstars were in real need of a big win.
Rollins was unsure of teaming with Jordan, and when the former SmackDown Tag Team Champion gave up with a hasty attack, The fear of Kingslayer became more prominent. But Jordan returned at the very moment of truth to showcase his efficiency and put Raw’s top Superstars to the limit. Those displays weren’t enough to cancel out Jordan in a singles match; they took a series of multiple interferences to make sure Young Superstar swept away.
Rollin’s last interference, in which he attacks Sheamus into the steel steps, made The Alabaster Gladiator out of the match entirely. Cesaro blaster The Architect with a severe injury, but he was flustered enough to let Jordan catch him with the Angle Slam-neck breaker hybrid, which led to Jason Jordan‘s first Tag Team Championship with his partner. Jordan had claimed to be the better partner to The Architect than Dean Ambrose ever could be. Now, he had to prove his worth in the coming matches.
