Professional Wrestling Career Sheamus
The interest in professional wrestling career grew on Sheamus after watching British wrestling from ITV’s World of Sport and American wrestling from World Wrestling Federation (WWF) on Sky One. He then started to train at Larry Sharpe’s Monster Factory wrestling school.
Sheamus made his official debut on Irish Whip Wrestling (IWW) against Robert Pigeon, where he got his nickname the “Irish Curse” attacking an opponent with a low-blow shot.

On November 13, 2006, Sheamus appeared on World Wrestling Entertainment as a part of the security team of D-Generation X. After some days, Sheamus got a tryout against Drew then received another tryout match in Milan and London against Galloway and Sanders. He then finally got signed as a developmental contract with WWE.
He has his WWE ring debut match in a double-debut game with a win over Bryan Kelly. Sheamus was more involved in tag team matches than singles. Sheamus and Kafu compete on a tournament of FCW Florida Tag Team Champions, where they defeated The British Lions on the first round but got eliminated on second round against Brad Allen and Nick Nemeth. He then focused on single matches and got successful in winning Florida Heavyweight Championship against his former partner Hager.

Sheamus made ECW debut as a villain defeating local wrestler. He started a feud against Goldust, where he defeated Goldust on July 19, 2009. Sheamus then competed on no disqualification match and got the victory. He went to Raw on October 26, where he appeared on his first WWE pay-per-view event, Survivor Series, as a part of The Miz on traditional fie-on-five elimination tag team match. Sheamus was able to eliminate Finlay and John Morrison to remain victorious in the game.
On the following night, Sheamus become the number one contender winning a breakthrough battle royal to compete against John Cena for WWE Championship. Sheamus defeated Cena and won his first championship in WWE also as an early Irish to win WWE Championship title.
Royal Rumble Winner
On November 29, 2010, Sheamus returned WWE with a win over Kofi Kingston and John Morrison to become King of the Ring. He again faced Morrison at the TLC match, where he lost the game. Sheamus ended feud against Morrison after the game and challenged Daniel Bryan, putting his WWE career on the line to win United States Championship.
Sheamus defeated Bryan to win United States Championship for the first time and saving his wrestling career on WWE. He lost the title against Kingston in a Tables match at Extreme Rules. Sheamus then again lost the title match against Randy Orton due to interference from Christian. He then went at the 2012 Royal Rumble match on twenty-second entry and got a massive victory eliminating Chris Jericho and got a place at WrestleMania XXVIII.
World Heavyweight Championship
Farrelly at Elimination Chamber on February 19, 2012, they attacked World Heavyweight Championship, Daniel Bryan. He won against Bryan to retain the title at Wrestlemania XXVIII in a record of 18 seconds.
Sheamus successfully defended his title at Extreme Rules against Bryan in tow out-of-three falls match. He was again able to retain as World Heavyweight Champion after winning in a fatal-four way match against Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, and Del Rio.
