The tragic incident involved the fatal stabbing of two teenagers, Mason Rist and Max Dixon, in Bristol.
Aged 15 and 16, the victims were attacked in Ilminster Avenue, Knowle West, around 11:20 pm on Saturday by several assailants who fled in a car.
Despite immediate police and medical assistance, both Mason and Max succumbed to their stab wounds at Southmead Hospital in Bristol early on Sunday.
The community has been deeply affected, with vigils and tributes near the crime scene. The perpetrators remain at large.

Over the weekend, two teenage boys, aged 15 and 16, tragically lost their lives in a stabbing incident in Bristol.
While the victims have not been officially identified, local reports have named them as Mason Rist, 15, and Max Dixon, 16.
As reported, Max’s sister Kayleigh Dixon said he was a ‘beautiful, kind soul.’ She further shared a poignant message saying her heart is broken.
Furthermore, she expressed that she hoped Max knew how much everyone loved him. She said, “You sleep tight, a beautiful, kind soul, gone. You will be missed, kiddo.”
The assailants, described as a group of individuals, carried out the attack on Ilminster Avenue in the Knowle West area of the city around 11:20 pm on Saturday.
Max Dixon’s mother, Leanne Ekland, expressed her devastation on Facebook, stating, “Devastated, our lives will never be the same without you my boy.”
The attackers fled the scene in a car after the stabbing, and despite the prompt arrival of the police, both victims succumbed to their injuries in hospitals.
The incident has left the community in shock, prompting vigils and tributes near the crime scene in Bristol.

Julie O’Reilly, who attempted to comfort one of the stabbed boys, shared the heartbreaking experience of being present with the boy’s head on her lap.
She desperately urged him to stay with them during the tragic incident and emphasized that the memory was haunting and that the boy was a good person.
Bristol Commander Superintendent Mark Runacres commented on the shocking and tragic nature of the incident.
Runacres expressed sorrow for the loss of two young boys who had their whole lives ahead of them.
