Jamarra was born in southwest Victoria’s Framlingham Aboriginal Reserve. He is the second-eldest of six children in the Hagan family.
Jamarra has an elder sister Merinda who was born in 2001. Similarly, he is the big brother of his four younger siblings: Kaawrin was born in 2005, and Bungarie was born in 2011.
Similarly, his brother Narrah is nine years old, and Wirann is the youngest of all eight years old.
In his Interview with Herald Sun, Jamarra mentioned that in his hometown, he usually spends his leisure time with his younger brother swimming in the river, playing basketball, and wandering around the surrounding.
Ugle-Haggan further added that he bears an important responsibility to teach his younger brothers what he learned growing up and be a good role model as a human for his lovely brothers.

Jamarra Hagan was born on 4 April 2002, in southwest Victoria, into a family of Indigenous Australian- Noongar-Gunditjmara-Djab Wurrun descent.
He is a native of Framlingham, and his connection to his hometown goes back through the generations.
Jamarra’s mother, Alice, was born and grew up there, whereas his father, Aaron, moved to the area in his teenage years and settled down.
Jamarra’s father, Argon, was born in central Australia, and his background is Irish. Similarly, he is non-indigenous, unlike his mother, Alice.
However, Argon has embraced the culture and practice of Framlingham and the indigenous society.
