Tre Morgan is a highly talented baseball player who emerged as one of the top players during his freshman year at LSU in 2021, where he earned the titles of first-team freshman all-America, second-team freshman all-SEC, and freshman all-SEC.
He was highly regarded as the best high school hitter in the New Orleans area before joining the university. Despite missing his senior high school season due to an elbow injury, Morgan made a strong impact in college.
In his freshman season, Morgan batted .357 with 16 doubles, four triples, six home runs, 42 RBI, 64 runs scored, and 15 stolen bases.
