Well-known Copenhagen, Denmark-born music producer Claus Svelmo Marcuslund was captured in California.
According to reports on several social media sites, he was taken into custody on Saturday, July 22, 2023, in Fresno, California.
The 58-year-old man was indicted on two criminal counts by a federal grand jury in Fresno.

Marcus Lund is allegedly suspected of flying thousands of miles from Denmark to Fresno to have sex with a minor.
The U.S. Department of Justice’s “Project Safe Childhood” program is linked to Marcus Lund’s indictment.

Was Marcus Lund Arrested For Pedophilia?
Claus Marcuslund was taken into custody at the Fresno airport on July 11, as per the court records.
Marcuslund and an undercover agent with the US Homeland Security Investigations had communicated online for several months before Marcuslund’s arrest.
Marcuslund revealed troubling details in these online discussions, acknowledging that he is a professional music producer, songwriter, and lyricist who is Scandinavian.
Marcuslund had no idea the agent was pretending to be a 7-year-old girl’s mother. Claus shockingly admitted to being a pedophile as well.
Marcuslund stated that he is divorced and is actively looking for a nice woman or mother to get to know more in the hopes of meeting her.
Surprisingly, the music producer went into detail about the sexual favors he wanted the young lady to provide him.
According to the Homeland Security affidavit, he provided approximately 12 videos and photos depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit behavior from April 12-24, 2023.
Additionally, according to court records, Marcuslund declared his desire to molest the newborn and talked about wanting to have another child with the same mother.
He set off on an arduous 5,500-mile trek from his home in Copenhagen, Denmark, to Fresno, California, with a stopover in Los Angeles.
He was also discovered talking about the removal of child pornographic recordings before he arrived in California, according to court documents.
The Department of Justice considers Marcuslund to be a high-risk suspect who may try to escape and pose harm to the public after his apprehension.
