Paul Henry Nargeolet was born in Chamonix, France on March 2, 1946. He spent his early thirteen years growing up in Africa with his parents and at the age of sixteen, he returned to Paris to complete his education.
As per his Linkedin profile, Nargeolet started his career in the Marines in September 1964 as a deep diver in French Navy, then he worked there for about twenty-two years as Clearance Diver, Ship Captain, Sub pilot, and commander.
After that in April 1986, he joined IFREMER as Director of DESM. Furthermore, Paul continued his career as Executive Director in Aqua+ and a Subsidiary of Canal+ till March 2007.
He is currently associated with Premier Exhibitions, RMS Titanic Inc as Director of the Underwater research program and has been working there since April 2007.
Paul led the first expedition to the Titanic in 1987, and after that, he continued as the explorer of the Titanic.
