Karima El Mahroung- also known as Ruby Rubacuore “Ruby Heartstealer” is the Italian- Moroccan Dancer.
Ruby was a nightclub dancer and popular among Italy’s wealthiest and most authoritative persons. After immigrating to Italy from Morocco in 2003, Karima was settling in the eastern Sicilian coastal town of Letojanni.
She does not have good memories of her childhood; at the age of nine, she was raped by two of her uncles. She was also abused by her father several times which made her run away from the house at the age of twelve.
At the young age of around fifteen years, El Mahroug was introduced to club dancing as a belly dancer.

After that, she lived far from Italy and started a new life in Mexico. On August 11, 2014, Karima got married to Daniel Leo, an Italian citizen who is a personal trainer.
She is now with her husband Leo and her daughter Sofia from the first marriage.
The couple together run Clinic Medical Beauty Center and Life Ristorante Sano– Life Healthy Restaurant in Genova Italy.
Now, El Mahroug has a happy family of three who support her in her ups and downs and are always with her to cheer up her.

Karima El Mahroug Family Relationships
Karima was born on November 11, 1992, in Morroco. She was born into a Muslim family. Her father used to abuse her physically, and she was forced to keep silent even when she was sexually abused by her uncles.
With the fear of being disowned by her father, she kept quiet, and when she said that she wanted to be catholic, her father poured a boiling oil pan on her.
Her childhood ended in traumatic events, and at the age of twelve, she ran away from her family.
Because of the distorted family, Karima fell into a life of petty theft, stealing headbands, and involving in illegal activities.
In 2010, Mahroug was arrested in Milan for the accusation of theft. Then, she was released by the then prime minister Silvio Berlusconi.
First the first time in her life, she felt affectionate and cared for by someone. Then, her involvement with Silvio increases.
However, she was soon questioned regarding the criminal investigation of prostitution networks and abuse of power for her personal benefit.
Although she denied all the accusations she was still backlashed by the Italian society. In the meanwhile, she formed a family with Lizzo which again resulted in a broken relationship.
Finally, these days Karima is enjoying her family life and getting the affection of her close ones which she was craving for a long time.
